Payments must be made through secure methods available on our website (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, COD).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, There is Free delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Truayu is not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns: No returns are accepted under any circumstances.

Exchanges: Permitted only as per our Exchange Policy (e.g., damaged product, wrong product delivered, or valid design change).

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
